How to kill ESET {NOD} antivirus process

PROBLEM
I can’t kill any ESET process, WHY ?

SOLUTIONS

1. Open ESET NOD > F5
2. Go to Com­put­er > HIPS
3. Uncheck Enable Self-defense

4. Restart Computer
5. Now you are allow to kill eny ESET process
